REFUND POLICY

Returns:

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  You are responsible for all return shipping charges for these returns.  If the return is a result of an error on our part (if you receive an incorrect or defective product), you will receive a full refund for the item as well as the shipping costs.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange it for you at no additional cost.

Refunds:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
